STEM Summer Institute 2026

I wear two "Data Literacy" hats, one, as a content and thinking partner with Dataspire Education & Evaluation LLCⓇ. The second hat is working as the Education Outreach Coordinator for the Northeast US Shelf LTER (NES-LTER) project for which I run a Data Jam. In these positions, my focus is on supporting K-12 teachers and students working with real data to build data literacy skills. To my data-passion, I bring seven years of classroom teaching experience (MS & HS), more than 20 years in science outreach, teacher professional development and instructional design, and a graduate degree in Oceanography.
